Liability:
Whilst every effort will be made to meet our delivery dates, we accept no responsibility for any costs or losses of income sustained by any client due to production delays or any printing undertaken by Think Ink for whatever reason.

Cancellation:
Any order cancelled will incur a charge for the work which we have already carried out on your behalf.

Artwork:
Whilst every care is taken with your originals we take no responsibility for loss or damage.

Templates:
We accept no responsibility or liability for the accuracy or content of templates which we supply.

Copyright:
The customer warrants that all necessary permission to reproduce the artwork/photographs has been obtained and indemnifies Think Ink from any action arising.

Colour Reproduction:
We will print your work to the best of our ability, however we cannot accept any responsibility for difference in colour between computer screen and the final product. No reprints will be done where there is a discrepancy over perceived colour, we recomend a hard copy proof for all jobs where colour matching is required.

Atmospheric Conditions:
The Digital printing process involves putting paper through a series of heated rollers, whilst every effort is made to ensure that the product is of the highest quality it must be noted that sometimes the production process can produce a small wave effect, this will partly disappear when kept in a consistent environment.

Quotations:
Quotations are subject to site of copy and may be liable to revision for whatever reason.

We reserve the right to decline a print job on site of copy for whatever reason.
